Technology company is seeking experts in customer service and technical support aimed to resolve managers' tickets through a messenger platform. The goals of the role are the following: 

– Help our clients understand the platform and guide them through best practices
– Understand the reported problems, analyze them, and give a solution (or report the incident if required)
